SYSTEM 3E EKO+ elements are designed for mortar-free construction in most cases, with the exception of the first layer (which should be mortared to the foundations, higher floors, and above lintels). The technology includes 37 unique types of elements, each tailored for specific use in line with the technical design project. It’s essential that the design project is prepared by a qualified design office and follows both the SYSTEM 3E technical guidelines and local building regulations.
